Joel Fuhrman MD teaches us about all the fly by night diets that don’t work, costed you money and showed no results. Using nutrient density as the key to healthy eating. Basically eat in moderation, and eat abalanced meal, and have exercise. Certain foods are more nutrient dense. One of the top nutrient dense vegetables is Bok Choy , We all should begin a regiment of eating more of that and Brocolli, etc. Whole wheat bread and pasta etc, are low.. but at least thats better than white, and well it tastes good.
The argument that humans are carnivores because we possess “canine” teeth ignores the fact that other plant-eaters have “canine” teeth, and that ONLY plant-eaters have molar teeth. Our digestive systems are like those of other plant-eaters, totally unlike those of carnivores. Finally, if humans were designed to eat meat, we wouldn’t suffer from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis from doing so.
